How do you manage dysphoria?

I try to avoid whatever triggers my dysphoria. Over the years i’ve learned what they are so i can usually avoid most of them. Other than that i try to distract myself or keep myself busy when i know my dysphoria is going to act up. The only downside to this is that if i ignore it for too long, it comes back much stronger. So sometimes i just let my dysphoria do it’s thing for a few days so i can function normally for the rest of the week.

Being in girlmode somewhat alleviates my dysphoria so that’s one way i manage it too.
