30 Day Trans Challenge – Day 12

What are you doing to stay healthy for transitioning mentally and physically?

I’m trying to lose most of my male fat (belly fat) by exercising. It’s has gone pretty good so far, i only have a little bit of fat left around that area (don’t worry, i’m not underweight). I also do exercises for my legs and butt because who doesn’t like a girl with a nice butt ;).

Mentally i don’t really do much. I do try to focus on what is going to happen in the future and not who i currently am. This way i have something to look forward to and it motivates me to put effort into my transition. Also generally i have a positive attitude towards transitioning, i see myself as a work in progress that will eventually turn out in the girl i’ve always wanted to be.
